Billing
If you exceed the hours in your VA services plan, additional hours will be charged at your plan’s hourly rate. Overage charges are billed bi-monthly—on the 15th and the 30th or 31st. Detailed invoices with time-tracking reports will be emailed to you for transparency.

Adjustment Period
